We'd like you to know how Hillsborough Roof Co. works before you ever let anyone onto your roof. This website, hillsboroughroofco.com, markets roofing services in Tampa and across Hillsborough County. When you call our number or send the form, your request comes to us first. An automated assistant answers the phone at every hour and takes down your details, and then one of us calls you back.

The roofing itself is done by independent roofing contractors we work with around the Tampa area, not by the people who run this website. They hold Florida roofing licenses and carry their own insurance. We decide which contractor to send based on the type of roof, where you live and who's free. If a visit turns into a job, that contractor may pay us a referral or advertising fee. That's an arrangement between us and them, and it doesn't add anything to the price you're given.

We also keep track of which pages and ads lead to calls and form requests, using call and form tracking and analytics that don't rely on cookies. Calls may be recorded, and you'll hear about it at the start. All of that is there to measure our marketing; it has nothing to do with your price. The privacy policy explains what we collect.

What that means when we send someone out

You'll know who's coming, because we'll tell you the contractor's name before the visit is booked. The written estimate the contractor gives you is the amount you pay, whatever sits behind the scenes. You're completely free to get other quotes, and we'd never discourage it. And because the contractors are independent, they pull their own permits through City of Tampa Construction Services or Hillsborough County Development Services and answer for their own workmanship, while we stay with you if something goes wrong.
