Hi, and thanks for looking. When you reach out about your roof, you're trusting us with a few personal details, and we'd like you to know exactly what happens to them.
If you fill in the callback form, we get your name, your phone number, the ZIP code of the home, the kind of roof problem you picked from the list and whatever you choose to type in the notes. If you phone us, our system logs the number you're calling from, and calls may be recorded so nobody mishears an address; you'll hear that mentioned when the call starts, and you're welcome to tell us you'd rather not be recorded. If you use the chat window, an outside provider runs it on our behalf, the details you type there come to us, and your browser keeps your recent chats for up to 30 days. Our visitor counts come from a cookie-free analytics tool that doesn't build a profile of you.
Where your details go from here
We use your details to ring you back, set up the roof visit, carry out any work you agree to, apply for the permit with City of Tampa Construction Services or Hillsborough County Development Services when one's needed, and keep a record of the job. The licensed roofing contractor who comes to your home sees them, so does the permit office, and if your neighborhood has an association that must approve a new roof, it sees what it needs to. Nobody else does, and we never sell your information to anyone.
We hold onto job records for as long as warranty, permit and tax rules make sense of it. Once your job is done, you can ask us to wipe your contact details and we will. You can also ask to see what we have on file, or to fix anything that's wrong, by writing to the address above.
A couple of last things
This site is meant for adults arranging roof work on a home or building, so we don't knowingly collect anything from children under 18. If we ever change how we handle personal details, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
